What the welcome book contains
- Access: address, door codes for the street entrance and then the building, block, staircase, floor, photos of the entrance
- The flat: wifi, heating, hot water, appliances, what to do in a power cut
- The building: bin room and recycling bins, quiet hours, the caretaker’s instructions, keeping the stairwell quiet in the evening
- Departure: time, key drop, what to leave tidy
A welcome book that knows the area
We add the useful addresses around the flat: the nearest bakery and chemist, the shops of Rue Daguerre, the nearest market, the metro and RER B stations. For visits, the book links to the official Catacombs website for booking, and presents Parc Montsouris, the theatres of Rue de la Gaîté and Montparnasse cemetery. Always up to date
A code that changes, a bakery that closes, new instructions for the internet box: we update the book online, with nothing to reprint. The guest receives the link before arrival, together with the check-in instructions.
