A guest looking for a place to stay in Paris compares dozens of listings in a few minutes. To pick yours, they need to understand straight away where they will sleep, how they will get there and what they will find when they open the door. The 14th has plenty going for it, but it has to be written down.

A listing about the 14th, not about “Paris” in general
We describe the flat as it is and the area as the guest will live it: the nearest metro station on lines 4, 6 or 13, RER B at Denfert-Rochereau or Cité universitaire, the T3a tram along the outer boulevards, Gare Montparnasse for those arriving by TGV. We mention what is within walking distance: Parc Montsouris, Rue Daguerre and its shops, the theatres of Rue de la Gaîté, the entrance to the Catacombs.
- Bright photos, room by room, plus a photo of the building’s entrance
- Title and description in French and English
- Floor, lift or no lift, real number of beds: nothing that disappoints on arrival
- Clear house rules, in line with those of the building
Airbnb, Booking and beyond
The listing goes out on Airbnb, on Booking and on any other site that fits your home. The calendars are linked so that the same night is not sold twice. Rates follow the dynamic pricing agreed with you.
The registration number on every listing
Every furnished tourist rental in Paris has to be declared online with the City. The declaration gives a registration number, which must appear on published listings. We add it on every platform before the listing goes live. Our article on renting your main home explains these steps.

Frequently asked questions
Where will my listing appear?
On Airbnb and Booking to begin with, then on other sites when they fit your home. The calendars are linked to avoid selling the same night twice.
Who takes the photos?
We arrange bright photos of each room and of the building’s entrance, so the guest recognises the place on arrival.
Is the registration number required on the listing?
Yes, according to the City of Paris: declaring a furnished tourist rental online gives a number that must be shown on published listings.
